When I develop an advanced nonstandard technique for chemical analysis and deploy it stealthwise to overcome industrial challenges, people show great interest in what I'm doing back there. Ex-employees have gained a lot and taken it around the world years ago.

When I pick one of the more outstanding developments and prepare a decent scientific presentation, it's just one of many and lost in the shuffle.
