This is the direct link to the PDF of the assessment so thought it was worth posting.

Probably but it's more useful as a comment in the original discussion. Posting it as a different story splits the discussion and moderators have to run around merging it afterwards.

Agree, that discussion got so sidetracked by people speculating and not reading the PDF, maybe this will be better.
