The most interesting part to me is that the fine has been given because the company did not provide a translation of their privacy policy. I don't think I've seen that before.
Their target audience largely exists of kids, so extensive knowledge of a foreign language cannot be assumed, but on the other hand, the translated privacy policy isn't exactly written in a way most kids will understand.
