I believe can visualize things in my mind, although it is mostly abstract. If you ever painted, you know how error prone imaging from memory actually is. Of course this will affect you less and less the more practice you get. But don't assume someone painting a portrait wouldn't need you to sit still. Again, someone with practice might not need it as much.

I looked at the tests and the questions are really subjective. It sounds much more like a subjective self-assessment about your fantasy than some form of diagnostic support.

If you close your eyes and see only black, I heavily doubt that indicates a condition. If you see something on the other hand...

I remain skeptical of this, or maybe TV got to me too...
