How much peer-reviewed research
has anyone from Amazon published showing that their ML has made a difference in their sales, profitability, or other meaningful business measures? Based on my recent experiences trying to buy anything, more and more they seem to be leaning towards adopting all kinds of dark patterns and old-fashioned sales gimmicks.
