I am making an email inbox

(Before you go any further, let me tell you that this being an email inbox, you can't really play around with it so don't go the below website expecting to see an inbox!)

I made an email inbox built on top of AWS SES which runs on your own domain.

You get:

- Unlimited emails on your own domain (a Mailinator on your own domain) - Shared inbox for your team. No restrictions on team sizes! - A SEO aware blog where you can post straight from your inbox (like Hey World @ https://hey.com/world/) - Private comments to emails (your inbox becomes a basic CRM) - Convert any email into a webpage, then share the link on Slack etc

The name is too similar to google in my opinion, mooglemail/googlemail..just inviting trouble I think

At first, I was going for a Google for eMail angle with Moogle but I discovered later that there is a Final Fantasy race called Moogle. That's more likely to trip me up.

I guess I should have a cool-off period between having an idea and buying a domain for it.

Very cool! With the whole blog thing you should prob market it against substack more than gmail? Just an idea to explore.

The Show HN submission rules say the product being submitted should be something HNers should be able to play around with. Since you can’t play with an inbox without first setting it up, I didn’t call it a Show HN.
