I wonder to what degree the lack of use of proctoring software - cloaked in whatever premise - might become in itself a perverse value proposition, as in "if you go to a more expensive school, you will get away with more" ...

Also, I'd be really really curious to look at any stats / data that might be available on the actual incidence of cheating on both types of schools ...
