Ask HN: How to contact Google Ads through a backchannel to take down scams?

I am working on an open source protocol called WalletConnect. It is a protocol to connect cryptocurrency mobile wallets to desktop websites by scanning a QR code. The protocol has some millions of users.

Our project website walletconnect.org is targeted by multiple Google Ads scammer. Scammers place ads on Google Search that lead to phishing websites. We have reported individual ads to Google, but this does not help. Scammers are popping up new ads and domains every day. People go to the scam sites and get phished and have lost considerable amount of money. We have naturally filed a support ticket with Google and they did not respond.

WalletConnect project has no legitimate reason to advertise on Google. We would like to contact Google and simply ask them to ban the keyword WalletConnect. However Google does not offer any point of contact for this kind of business. What would you recommend to get on a call with someone higher up on Google to get this fixed?

Unfortunately, Google does not offer any point of human contact for most types of business, even critical issues. The only way around this seems to be social media outrage that they cannot ignore.
