I was hoping for some insightful analysis, but unfortunately this article can be summed up with one sentence: "Social media creates like-minded filter bubbles which can cause trouble relating to people in real life". The only solution offered is to stop using social media, which does work, but is not helpful if it's your friends/relatives who are are the ones ensconced in a filter bubble.
