I vote to reclassify most RX as non-RX on the shelf generics. Oregon legalized most narcotics, so why not everything else? Why? I am tired of being held hostage by doctors and pharmacies. I want to be able to stock up (for real) on things I need in the event we have covid-23 and the world loses its mind, again.
