I am a 36-year-old adult and the same thing happens to me. I had a series of tasks I wanted to work on this morning, but instead of doing that I started to browse hacker news and I saw an article on patent trolls and wrote a comment. now I have been engaging in that conversation all morning rather than doing my actual work. My emotional state is frazzled and I can't focus. Does anyone else have this happen to them?
