Should we raise venture capital?

Hey everybody!

We have been developing a startup (SaaS, Productivity tools) for 2.5 years. Bootstrap and organic growth only. Have reached 160k users, $600,000 ARR, x2,5 YoY growth.

We are faced with the dilemma of fundraising, but we doubt the need to do it now (according to the current criticism of the VC industry).

Please advise, thanks!

Have you looked at revenue based finance? Basically: you can sell your receivables at a discount for upfront cash. No dilution. Plug: I'm a founder of www.foldcap.com - UK based and looking to do our first deal in the next couple of months. Good luck!

Why do you need to raise funds?

What is the most advantageous way for you to raise fundS?

1. We have few areas where we can strengthen resources (people, opportunities, tests). With VC we can run faster.

2. We could just take a bank loan, but of course, we expect additional value from VC in expertise, advising, experience. Therefore regular seed investments are suitable.
