I just started learning RoR recently. As mentioned in the other comments, Michael Hartl's "Ruby on Rails Tutorial" (http://ruby.railstutorial.org/ruby-on-rails-tutorial-book) and the Rails Guides (http://guides.rubyonrails.org/) are all you need.
