That seems like a straight waste of time for lightly customised hardware you'll be able to get off the shelf. And unless they've changed since, the specs you quote don't match the official reveal of 16GB and 10 teraflop. Not to mention the price hasn't been announced, the $400 pricepoint is a complete guess (and pretty weird given the XbX is guessed for 50% moreā€¦ for a very similar machine).
