Tell HN: MacGist
8 points by stewiecat on Feb 3, 2011 | hide | past | favorite
Here's a side-project I've been working off and on during evenings/weekends.

It's called MacGist, a simple menubar application for OS X that allows users to copy selected text in any MacOS application to a (public, for now) Github gist.

Future releases will allow pasting to private gists and filtering of the gist listing so the menu doesn't get too long.

Feedback is appreciated.
