I've been looking at solutions like Slack/Zulip/Rocket.chat for a real-time customer-support/chat system where the user would chat with my team via a chat interface on the web-app while members of my team would reply via the chat solution on our end. This way we'd keep all these customer convos in the same place where work-chats happen.

Does anyone know whether Zulip has an integration or some trick to achieve that? I'd rather not have yet-another-system in place just to accommodate chats with customers.
