A bit conspiratorial and counter to Hanlon's Razor, but an interesting and reasonable theory. But $10 for one click? How do you know that?

The click price is open info.

a quick google search on keyword pricing would send you to keyword planner that will show click price.

If you think it’s fake news just bid on the keyword yourself.

It’s a bit offensive to claim conspiracy when facts don’t align with your understanding of the world.

I don't see where I even implied that it was fake news. In fact, I inquired as to where one could find this information.

I explicitly called it: "an interesting and reasonable theory" lol. "A bit conspiratorial" does not mean "false" or fake news. And what is my understanding of the world then? I assume you know since you have suggested these facts don't align with it. I disagree, in fact these things align very well with what I consider to be my understanding of the world, but perhaps you can enlighten me.

if it's your own brand you get quality score 10, so that cuts the price from the approx $54+ that another bidder would have to pay.

Whoa that's crazy! Thanks for the link.
