No, one time I took the team (~10 persons) to a nearby park on a nice day, and took photos with blurry green background.
Otherwise, I just order people to stand in front of the white wall with best lighting I can find in the office, smile, and done.
I use a low-end DSLR that I take the time to manually adjust.
Results are good enough that I won't bother finding a professional to do better.
