I am in queue for my EB2 GC to be picked up since 5+ years now. With this rate and other factors (current administration and its view on H1-B/GC), it will be decades until my application would be processed.
Wanted to hear from folks who have successfully self-sponsored EB1-A/EB5 GC. How did you do it? What challenges did you face?
I have a few ideas to go about this. But wanted to get others' opinion.
