It works in certain places. Here in Iowa we get a third of our electricity from wind.



And in denmark they get more but its not reliable which means you have to support it with other more reliable sources such as coal. Which happens all the time.

Plus you use it for almost zero percent of your transportation.


Ours is pretty reliable, out here in the 'plains states'. It's blowing pretty much every day, most of the day.

And our 'support' source is nuclear, curiously.
