What would you program with other than a keyboard? Block diagrams are the only serious programming tool I know of that calls for a mouse to do most of the action and even then there is a good deal of keyboard work on the components themselves.
Brain computer interface, that gloves thing in Minority Report, contact lens monitor and virtual keyboard by monitoring your hands like in Rainbows End, lots of other stuff I'm sure.
All you need is some interface between you and the operating system.
