I think it's great that companies are finally starting to recognize the value of their workforce (eg Zappos, 37signals, Groupon, JetBlue, Google). If the original job post didn't have YC associated with it, would any of you have taken it seriously?

Danilo, I hope you get the chance to work with these guys, but stop speaking bullshit.
