|At HackerRank, our mission is to match every developer to the right job, on skills vs pedigree. We have thousands of customers ranging from fast-growing startups Uber, AirBnB to large established companies like Goldman Sachs, Ford, VMWare, (yes every company is becoming a s/w company) and a developer community of 4m+ developers.|
Our strategy is simple -- understand the DNA that makes a job, DNA of a developer and predict fit. In order to determine the DNA of a job (what skills contribute to success), the method of evaluating a skill needs to be strong.
That's where you come in:
> Building a skill rubric for various tuples (role, seniority) > Generating relevant challenges for the (role, seniority)
> Ensuring they are high-quality & written crisply to gain developer love
