Zendar Is Hiring an Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. You will develop firmware for real-time capture and processing of wide-bandwidth radar signals from our acquisition vehicle. This is a full-time position based in Berkeley, CA.

Zendar is building the next generation high-resolution radar solution for autonomous driving. Current perception systems that rely solely on LiDAR and camera are unable to operate reliably in bad weather conditions. Zendar technology is critical for autonomous vehicles to operate reliably in all weather conditions, such as heavy rain, fog, and snow.

Qualifications: Expertise in C/C++ software development and debugging Expertise in FPGA development with Verilog/VHDL Experience working with hybrid FPGA/DSP/CPU compute environments

About you: Interest in real-time embedded systems Background in automotive, satellite radar, radio astronomy, wireless or millimeter-wave sensing systems is a huge plus MS or PhD in EE, CS, Physics or equivalent
