How likely is that, really? Regardless of whatever anyone thinks of Zuckerberg, that's ridiculous.

This statement is ambiguous anyway. This is a civil suit and not criminal case. Secondly, from my understanding, only the SEC via a federal court can "ban" someone from being a director in a public company.
