We are transitioning to a new product, and in doing so are sunsetting our public container cloud. While it’s always hard to say goodbye, we're excited to focus on our new product: powering online coding education.

All user information and data on our publicly hosted cloud will be deleted as of September 30, 2016, so please be sure to move your information to a new service before then.

We will continue to make the public cloud available for this next month, but are restricting our service to data downloads only. Instance size and concurrent usage will be limited. If you need additional server power in order to move your data, please reach out to us with a short explanation of how you plan to use the additional RAM.

We will reach out with additional reminders throughout the month before disabling access to ensure you're prepared.

If you're interested in learning more about our new focus, please sign up for updates.

If you wish to request a refund for purchased credits, please complete a credit request form.

We will continue to support our private cloud solutions, so please reach out if you are interested in continuing your service via an enterprise solution.

Thank you for your patronage and support of Terminal.com over the years. We hope you have found it to be valuable, and look forward to entering this next phase with you.

-Team Terminal
