Basically the story is: the newspaper writes a story about criminal cases against some of the employees of a health center, on Jan 5th they get an email from a throwaway account demanding to remove the article, they refuse, same guy writes to Hetzner, Hetzner takes the server down.
That's all it took. No court order, no option to appeal.
