2) It's probably not a disk. I'd bet it's an SSD, or something. I doubt he'd use an HDD considering how relatively cheap it is now... and considering how loaded he probably is.

SSD can also stand for Solid State Disk. Disk does not imply moving parts.

No. It's only referred to that because people are stupid. It contains neither an actual disk nor a drive motor to spin a disk.
If SSD = Solid state disk, then HDD = Hard disk disk.

SSD = SOLID STATE drive
