If only operating systems offered a way to undo changes, then this would be mostly a non-issue.



you can't undo sending network packets containing sensitive information to somewhere else.


What good would undo do you if you didn't realize something bad happened?


How would you free up space on your disk if for every removed file the OS has to keep a copy in order to let you undo the removal?
